The liquid gold water vessel plays homage to life representing the first drop of milk the mother produces that is a deep yellow color. Breastmilk is such a sacred and vital part of motherhood so we wanted to honor it by incorporating it with the element of water.

This Special edition gold accent on the milk drops has undergone three firings, the last one containing Gold Luster, which is an overglaze containing actual gold.

In the ancient Americas, gold was a manifestation of the sacred associated with the sun. In Colombia offerings containing gold pieces were offered to the gods.
